Social Impact
Technology and opportunity, shared
EmpowerQA is built on the belief that accessibility, quality, and clean energy should lift everyone. Alongside our work for clients, we invest in people and communities — from training first-time testers to funding mobility, skills, and sustainable homes.
Women empowerment & social entrepreneurship
We back social-entrepreneurship ideas that create livelihoods for women, and we are actively looking for partners to extend this work into rural communities.
Wings for independence
We supply wheelchairs to persons with locomotor disabilities — including UPSC/IAS aspirants — so a mobility barrier never stands between talent and opportunity.
Training the next generation of testers
Free, stipend-supported training turns new graduates into professional software testers. Six team members have already been trained and employed this way.
Funding future-ready skills
We funded 10th-pass students to learn drone technology, and sponsored a 12th-grade graduate for flying ground-duty training — opening doors in emerging fields.
Sustainable heritage — Toda 2.0
We donated a solar rooftop for a Toda home through CGBMT's redevelopment project, pairing clean energy with cultural preservation.
“The Centre for Green Building Materials and Technology (CGBMT) spearheads Toda 2.0, a project reviving the traditional barrel-vaulted houses of the Toda community in Udhagamandalam (Ooty). The initiative combines ancestral designs with modern eco-friendly retrofits — like solar power, natural bamboo-crete, and running water — without compromising cultural heritage.”
